FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What does ProjektTeam do?

ProjektTeam is a Danish consultancy specialising in project management, quality management, safety management and PMO in construction. We work primarily for main contractors and provide experienced consultants – as a complete project organisation or as temporary assistance during busy periods.

Which roles can you provide?

Project director, project manager, planner, coordinator, project controller, contract manager, project & office assistant, quality manager, QHSE manager, HSE specialist, health & safety coordinator (AM-K) and commissioning specialist.

Do you supply tradespeople or fitters?

No. We provide salaried professionals and consultants for the project organisation – management, control, quality, safety and administration. We do not supply tradespeople or fitters.

What is a PMO?

PMO stands for Project Management Office – the project office that runs the project: management, planning, financial control, contract management and administration. We can staff the entire project office or individual functions.

When must the client appoint a health & safety coordinator?

Under the Danish Executive Order on the client's duties, the client must appoint a coordinator for construction work where two or more employers are expected to be present on site at the same time. The design-phase coordinator is appointed no later than when design starts, and the construction-phase coordinator no later than when the site is established. Under main contracts the task is often handled by the main contractor by agreement with the client – we can provide H&S coordinators to both.

When must a health & safety representative (AMR) be elected on a construction site?

On construction sites and other temporary or changing workplaces, a health and safety organisation with an elected health and safety representative (AMR) and a supervisor as management representative must be set up when 5 or more employees work for the same employer at the site for at least 14 days. If the employer has 35 or more employees at the site for at least 4 weeks, a health and safety committee must also be set up. For the company in general, the requirement applies from 10 employees. Source: Danish Executive Order on systematic health and safety work (in force from 1 July 2026). We can provide experienced people to run the health and safety work on your projects.

How can your prices be competitive?

We develop our own digital tools for follow-up, reporting and checklists. This reduces administrative time, and the savings are reflected in our prices.
